Customer Sales/Service Representatives
Full Time and Part Time positions are available. All staff must be flexible and able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed. This position requires 1 to 2 years of successful retail sales experience. Basic to Intermediate experience and knowledge of Macintosh products.
In our fast-paced Macintosh retail sales environment, the Customer Sales/Service Representatives strengthen our reputation by making Customer Service a TOP priority.
The duties of our Customer Sales/Service Representatives include providing friendly greetings to our customer's when they walk in the store; offering prompt assistance with sales and service questions; and always striving to educate the customer on our products and services.
Our Customer Sales/Service Representatives are:
- Strong, working knowledge of Macintosh products and software
- Outgoing and Friendly
- Focused and Dependable
- Energetic; Highly Motivated and Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Able to multitask with a smile
- Able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
- Flexible with a Great Attitude; Able to Maintain a Strong Team Player Mentality
- Possess a Professional Demeanor in Person and on the Phone.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
In addition to your base pay of $8 to $10/hr (depending on your experience), you will have the opportunity to bonus every month as set goals are met.

The Clackamas Mac Store
Customer Sales/Service Representatives
The Clackamas Mac Store will be located in the new additions of the Town Center. The estimated open date is April 28th, so we’re interviewing and hiring now. Interviews and training will be held at the Portland Mac Store @ 700 NE Multnomah, which is located near the Portland Lloyd Center. After training, you’ll relocate to the Clackamas Store.
